The National EFF student command has vowed to make its presence felt next Wednesday, when DUT student - Bonginkosi Khanyile, appeals his bail application at the Durban High Court.
Khanyile was denied bail in October by Magistrate Jackie Jonck - on charges of inciting violence and assaulting a police officer, amongst others.

He was arrested in September during the Fees Must Fall Protests and has been in custody since.
The Student Command's Naledi Chirwa - who is also a University of Pretoria student - says President Jacob Zuma and Minister of Higher Education Blade Nzimande must go.
"This is unacceptable. We can't have the State fail response to the promises that they made in this manner and fashion. We vehemently reject this tendency of the State continuously criminalizing Black bodies for demanding dignity. There is nothing wrong with demanding free education. The only reason they are doing this to us is because they are protecting White monopoly capital," she said.
