ANCYL in KZN to establish task teams to deal with party concerns
The ANC Youth League in KZN says task teams are being established in two of the regions where the executive committees have been disbanded.
The decision to disband the Musa Dladla and Abaqulusi regions came during the Youth League's Provincial Executive Committee meeting held in Ulundi on Friday.
The League's Provincial Secretary Thanduxolo Sabelo says they received a report that while the organisation in the province is stable and growing at a rapid pace - there were concerns about two of its regions.
"In two regions where we have received consistent reports that the ANC Youth League has been struggling and has been dysfunctional to a point where it could no longer operate even during the election period."
Sabelo says the task team for the Musa Dladla region has already been set up and they are still in the process of setting up the team for the Abaqulusi region.
