The African National Congress (ANC) will reveal its election manifesto later this month.

The party's head of elections Fikile Mbalula was speaking at a briefing on Thursday on the ANC’s readiness for the local polls on November 1.
"The ANC will launch its manifesto in Tshwane on Monday 27 September in compliance with Covid-19 protocols and regulations,” he said.
"The ANC manifesto launch will be held in Tshwane with only or less [than] 500 people in attendance. The manifesto launch will be followed by the rollout localised manifesto launches."
He said they are also aware of some grievances, including accusations around the lists of candidates, submitted to the IEC.
Mbalula warned anyone found guilty of wrongdoing will be dealt with.
"In some instances, there are serious allegations of transgressions, including the manipulation of candidate lists.
"All these matters are being investigated. It is on the basis of these that the ANC has decided that the dispute resolution shall continue until all matters are satisfactorily resolved."
