ANC structures mentioned in court judgements can't vote
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
Outgoing ANC secretary general Gwede Mantashe says delegates from KZN, the North West and the Free State cited in yesterday's court judgements will not be allowed to vote during the ruling party's national elective conference.

Mantashe has been speaking after a special ANC National Executive Committee meeting on the first day of the conference in Nasrec, south of Johannesburg.
Mantashe says the affected structures will stay on as observers.
In KZN, the Maritzburg High Court granted the ANC in the province leave to appeal an earlier decision to declare its 2015 provincial elective conference unlawful.
The court also granted an execution order sought by the so-called rebels for the PEC to vacate office pending the appeal.
Judgements were also handed down in the Free State and North West.
