Updated | By Anelisa Kubkeka
The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal is remaining mum on allegations that Premier Senzo Mchunu has been recalled.
Speculation is rife that Mchunu has been given until Monday to resign.
The ANC's provincial secretary, Super Zuma could not confirm nor deny the allegations.
"I don't think we're in a position to respond to rumours. We're saying it's rumours", he said.
Zuma would not be drawn into commenting on whether Mchunu will be out of a job next week.
