ANC may take action against Malema's 'taking up arms' comment
Updated | By ECR Newswatch
The ANC is considering laying charges of incitement against EFF leader Julius Malema.

This follows remarks made by Malema in an interview with Al Jazeera.
He said that the party is willing to take up arms to defend its revolution.
The ANC's Zizi Kodwa says the statements are unacceptable.
"He is calling for violence, the killing of our people and civil war - not just incitement of violence - and must be held accountable for these statements.
"He is lawmaker and sits in democratic Parliament, it is against the law and the Constitution. The ANC will consider all options to make him accountable," he said.
