ANC in KwaDukuza supports Dlamini-Zuma presidency
Updated | By Jarryd Subroyen
The ANC in KwaDukuza has also thrown its weight behind Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma to take over the reigns of the ruling party in December.

The region says all of its branches have come out in support of Dlamini-Zuma ahead of the ANC's National Elective Conference in December. The KwaDukuza Region consulted with branches over the weekend and submitted a report yesterday.
"All 77 branches have agreed with the move of supporting Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma," spokesperson Thabani Mdlalose says.

Mdlalose says they also support the decision to appeal a recent high court judgment that ruled that the 2015 Elective Conference in KZN was unlawful and void.
"As we are going to a National Conference in December, if this judgement stands - it will create a precedent that as the ANC we are unable to run our affairs in terms of the judgement. We must appeal the judgement," he says.
