ANC head of elections calls on members to put egos aside
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The ANC's head of elections and campaigns Nomvula Mokonyane says she's deeply worried about political developments in KwaZulu-Natal.
Mokonyane hopes they will not affect the party negatively in the upcoming local government elections.
Reports emerged on Friday that Premier Senzo Mchunu is going to be recalled.

The ANC will hold its national list conference this weekend.
''If you ask me, a member of the ANC, about any differences that I have with another comrade that are going to cause harm on the elections' outcome - this does concern me.
''I think time has come for all of us to put our egos aside and put the ANC first. I would not want to dwell much on the issue of the recall of the Premier because I don't want it to be a stand alone without understanding the holistic picture thereof,'' she said.
