ACDP leader Reverend Kenneth Meshoe says the conflict in Gaza will never end until Hamas is ordered to destroy all tunnels leading into Israel.

Meshoe has accused the ANC of denying Israel's right to exist within free and secure borders.

"Without these fundamental agreements in place, the dream of a two-state solution will never materialise. Taking Israel to the International Court of Justice will not improve the situation there. ANC, you have gone too far."

NFP MP Ahmed Munzoor argued that Palestinian children were currently under attack in Israel's offensive in Rafah, adding the military operation extension cannot be justified.

"Some of my colleagues raising concerns about Hamas. Let me explain to these people the situation in Palestine, there are children with limbs blown off, crying, screaming. The mothers are looking for the heads of the children that are so badly decomposed they cannot even Identify them. Yet, we have political parties in this house trying to justify the genocide that's taking place in Palestine.”
