Almost 2 000 COVID-19 deaths recorded in KZN
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in South Africa has gone up to 613 017.
That’s an increase of 1 567 new infections.
In the last 24-hours, another 149 people died from COVID-19 related issues, bringing the national death toll to 13 308.
Over 520 000 people have recovered.
KwaZulu-Natal’s confirmed 110 521 infections, 93 019 recoveries and 1 997 deaths.
