5 pupils among 6 killed in KZN bus crash

Six people, including five schoolchildren, have been killed in a bus crash in northern KwaZulu-Natal.

The crash happened on Tuesday morning near the Hluhluwe Game Reserve.
Officials say the teenagers died, along with the bus driver.
The KZN Education Department says the Grade 10 and 11 pupils are from Mchitheki Secondary School in Nongoma.
They were on an educational tour to Durban.
MEC Mbali Frazer says they are deeply saddened by the accident and have sent their condolences to the families.
"As a department, we are deeply saddened by this tragic motor vehicle accident and we would like to send our deepest condolences to the families, school community, all those who were close to our dearly departed and wish the injured a speedy recovery."
