5 killed in horror Free State crash

Five people have been killed in a head-on collision on the N3 near Warden in the Free State this morning.

Emergency services say a car and bakkie crashed into each other.
The four adults and a child who had been travelling in the car passed away on scene.
Netcare 911 says the driver of the bakkie was not hurt.
Meanwhile, eight people have been hurt in a separate collision between a taxi and a light motor vehicle in Durban's Jacobs area.
Rescue Care says the vehicles crashed into each other on Jacobs Road in the vicinity of Teakwood Road.
Injuries ranged from minor to moderate.
