Police say they've made a breakthrough and arrested five people in connection with Senzo Meyiwa's murder.

The Durban-born Orlando Pirates and national goalkeeper was gunned down six years ago at his then girlfriend's home in Vosloorus, east of Johannesburg.
The Police Ministry is currently briefing the media on the recent developments in the case.
Minister Bheki Cele says the five were arrested in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

"The South African Police Service and the prosecution team are confident that we have a water-tight case against all five suspects. At this point, we cannot reveal any further information as investigations are still ongoing and more arrests cannot be ruled out."
Police Commissioner Khehla Sithole has confirmed the gun used in the shooting has been found.
"Of the five suspects, one of them is the key suspect suspected of having pulled the trigger. What is key is the ballistic evidence relating to the firearm, and up to this far, it is only now that we have found the weapon."
The suspects are expected to appear in the Boksburg Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
