4 killed in Umkomaas tractor accident
Four people have lost their lives in an accident in Umkomaas on the south coast of KwaZulu Natal.
KZN EMS's Robert McKenzie says a trailer that was being pulled by a tractor overturned.
"Sadly, four people passed away in the incident and paramedics treated seven people who had survived the crash. The patients had sustained serious injuries and were transported to hospitals in the area for continued medical care.
"The exact cause of the crash is not known at this stage," he said.
Police are investigating.
