Four killed in Limpopo bus accident
ER24 says the bus drove into an embankment on the N1 highway.
Four bodies were found on the scene with one of them trapped underneath the bus.
Paramedics treated the injured for various injuries. Some of the injured had to be airlifted to various hospitals in the area.
Authorities are investigating what caused the bus to crash.
Meanwhile, a couple has been rushed to an Umhlanga hospital following an accident on the N2 in Tongaat earlier today.
"The man and women were travelling on the N2 South, when their vehicle veered of the road and then rolled several times. The crumpled remains of the vehicle came to a rest on the side of the road while the two people sustained very serious injuries," he said.
