The blaze at the school in Leeudoringstad started in the early hours of this morning in the girls' hostel.
The victims of the fire were aged 16, 17 and 18.
Police say the injured got hurt after jumping from the building to escape the inferno. They've been taken to hospital where they are also being treated for smoke inhalation.
A computer room that stores 22 computers and an unknown number of laptops was damaged.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage, Premier Supra Mahumapelo says a full investigation has been initiated.
