Updated | By Shaun Ryan
Emergency services are on the scene of a train accident in the Etete area near KwaDukuza on the north coast.
IPSS Medical Rescue paramedics say three people - a father and two children - were injured when a train that carries logs crashed into a vehicle.
It's understood a car and bakkie had tried to cross the tracks on the R102 when the incident occurred.
No one from the bakkie was hurt. It's understood the log train had not been carrying a load at the time.
Emergency services are transporting the three people to hospital.
