3 charges dropped against Wikileaks founder
Updated | By Portia Cele

Officials have run out of time to question him, after the Wikileaks founder sought asylum in the Ecuadorian embassy in London.
They still have five years left to investigate the rape claim that's alleged to have taken place in Stockholm in 2010.
His lawyer, Thomas Olsson, is confident authorities won't find any wrong doing.
"I think that the development in the case will have impact on how they shall go on with the investigations during the other charges too. So hopefully, there will be some sort of development now that will lead to the investigation being shut down," he said.
Assange has been holed up at Ecuador's London embassy since 2012 to avoid extradition after leaking nearly 750 000 classified military and diplomatic documents in 2010.
