28 injured in taxi collision on the M4
28 people have been injured following a collision between two minibus taxis on the M4 - near Quality Street.
Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson says paramedics are currently transporting the injured to various hospitals in the city.
Jamieson says traffic is affected in the southbound carriageway.
"The M4 is really backed up and I urge all motorists to avoid the area as there is only one lane open. Motorists are currently trickling past the scene," he said.
