Updated | By ECR Newswatch
The death toll following a volcanic eruption in Gautemala has climbed to 25.

Fuego erupted early this morning, sending a river of lava into a village - burning homes and families inside.
Disaster officials say thick ash rising from the mountain also forced the airport in Gautemala City to close its doors.
People living near the active volcano are now fleeing their homes - to emergency shelters.
