2 KZN women in court after drugs seized

Two women, one of them elderly, are appearing in the Bergville Magistrate's Court today for being found with dagga with a street value of about R230 000.
The two, aged 25 and 80, were arrested yesterday by the Upper Tugela Borderline Control Police and Ladysmith Crime Intelligence Unit during a crime prevention operation in the area.
The haul is said to weigh over 162 kilograms and estimated to be worth R230 000.
They are set to appear in the Bergville Magistrates Court today.
