Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
Two people have been hurt in a shooting incident on Quality Street in the Jacobs area, south of Durban.

Paramedics say a taxi coming from the south coast had just taken the on-ramp to the M4 North that is heading towards Durban when shots were fired.
Netcare 911's Chris Botha says both patients are receiving treatment in hospital.
''The driver has sustained serious injuries while one of the passengers escaped with relatively minor injuries.
''They were both treated on scene and then transported through to a nearby hospital for further care,'' he said.
Police have confirmed the incident saying officers on scene are investigating a case of attempted murder.
The suspects are believed to have fled the scene in a white VW Golf 6.
No arrests have been made.
