2 hurt after truck overturns in PMB
Two people have been injured after their truck overturned on the N3 highway near the Athlone turn off in Pietermaritzburg.
ER24'S Russsel Meiring says it appears the trucks brakes failed causing it to roll over.
"When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene we found a large truck and its container lying on the centre barrier.
''On assessment, we found that two men were injured - one of them seriously while the second sustained only moderate injuries.
''We treated the patients for their injured and provided them with advance life support intervention," he said.
