12 ejected during PMB bakkie accident
12 people have been left injured after they were ejected from a bakkie that was travelling along Edendale Road, in Pietermaritzburg this morning.
Of the injured only one is a man and the rest are women.
ER24's Chitra Bodasing says they arrived and found the bakkie had come to a stop in an open veld.
"The patients were assessed and found to have sustained minor to moderate injuries. They treated and transport to two hospitals for further medical care.
"The cause of the incident is unknown however authorities were on scene for further investigations," she said.
