Usher reacts to uproar over 'inappropriate' Alicia Keys touch

Following the Super Bowl 2024 Halftime Show, Usher and Alicia Keys were the talk of town, with many saying Usher inappropriately touched Alicia during their performance.

Usher has slammed allegations that he inappropriately touched Alicia Keys during their Super Bowl 2024 Halftime Show.

After the performance of their 2004 hit, 'My Boo', social media users went wild, claiming that Usher tightly grasped Alicia Keys' body. 

Speaking to the New York-based radio show, 'The Breakfast Club', Usher says he and Alicia Keys' husband, Swizz Beatz, laughed at the allegations.

He says his performance was “literally about having fun".

“It’s crazy how people think,” he said.

The RnB star went on to explain more about the performance:  “It’s all about how you present things, man, it’s all about love.”

He added that there was “no disrespect” intended towards anyone.

Alicia's husband has also addressed the allegations. 

“Y’all talking about the wrong damn thing!!!” he wrote on Instagram after the performance.

“Y’all don’t see that amazing dress covering the entire stadium. Tonight’s performance was nothing but amazing with 2 amazing Giants!”.
