Usher’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show had 80s and 90s babies feeling nostalgic.

The R&B superstar performed several hits during Sunday night's performance in Las Vegas.

Some of the songs he sang include 'OMG', 'Yeah!', 'U Got It Bad', 'U Don't Have To Call', 'Burn', and 'Love In This Club'. will.i.am, Ludacris, Lil Jon, Jermaine Dupri, and H.E.R. joined him on stage during the show.

"Can’t spell Usher without H.E.R.  Halftime show?!?!???? Whaaaaaat. And it was the greatest ever. Thank you for your talent, your love, and for sharing this moment with me. Wow, I have no words. #superbowllviii @usher we love you,” H.E.R. wrote on Instagram.

Grammy Award-winner Alicia Keys also made an appearance. She joined Usher to sing their 2004 hit song, 'My Boo'.

The pair hugged during the performance, leading some to ask if Alicia's husband Swizz Beatz would be upset. Some even said Usher should apologise for their intimate dance moves.

But many came to their defence, saying it was purely for entertainment purposes.

"Anyone who is hating on that halftime show is a guy who wishes they could dance like Usher or a girl who wishes they looked like Alicia Keys. #SBLVIII #AppleMusicHalftime," one X user wrote.

There have been mixed reactions to Usher's Super Bowl performance, but the overall opinion is that it was a "lifetime performance from the undisputed legends".

"That Super Bowl halftime show was for us 80s and 90s kids. Usher has bangers," one X user posted.

A second person wrote: "No cap, Usher delivered a top 5 all time Super Bowl halftime show. He had the hits, the guest appearances, the choreography, the marching band, flawless transitions, ROLLERSKATING! That performance was undeniable."
