Toni Braxton wears risqué outfit to son's graduation

Toni Braxton celebrated one of her proudest moments as a parent, witnessing her son graduate from university.
The 57-year-old was beaming with pride when her youngest son, Diezel, walked across the stage at his Howard University graduation.
However, the moment was overshadowed by her outfit. The 57-year-old looked sexy in a see-through lace skirt.
She paired the look with a black blazer and hat.
"My son is officially a Howard University Graduate! I'm so proud of you @diezel.braxton and can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll accomplish! YOU DID THAT! Proud," she captioned a video from the day.
Her eldest son Denim and her mother Evelyn were also in attendance.
Many social users found the outfit "inappropriate" with one commentator likening it to "stripper funeral attire".
"Now why didn't Miss Evelyn slap the pee out of Toni for wearing stripper funeral attire to the graduation ceremony," one Instagram user wrote.
Some accused the 'Un-Break My Heart' hitmaker of trying to steal her son's spotlight.
"Congratulations on your awesome accomplishment. I'm so sorry your mother had to make it all about herself. You are amazing and deserve all the shine for your discipline and your hard work. God bless you always, and onward towards [an] amazing future."
Diezel appeared unfazed by her risqué outfit. He proudly shared pictures from his graduation, including one with his famous mom.
"Howard Alum," he wrote.
