South African actor, Sthembiso "SK" Khoza, has reportedly been fired from 'The Queen'.

According to entertainment reporter, Phil Mphela, the actor's contract was terminated with immediate effect.

This comes after a case of assault was opened against the actor in October.

Khoza was arrested last month for allegedly physically abusing his fiancée, Mandy Hlongwane.

As a result of the assault, she reportedly sustained severe injuries to the head.

Hlongwane reportedly opened a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm at the Douglasdale Police Station.

Several reports state that the decision to terminate Khoza's contract came from MultiChoice.

This is not the first time that Khoza has been fired from 'The Queen'.

In 2019, he was fired for unprofessional behaviour. He later returned to the show after viewers signed a petition to have him back on set.

In 2020, Khoza made headlines for hi 'lockdown sex party' video.

In the video, Khoza was seen dancing with naked women at what appears to be a house party. Many social media users labelled the video inappropriate.

Khoza issued an apology after the video went viral.

"Inappropriate video images of myself were leaked online and I would like to profusely apologize to my family, friends, employers and fans for embarrassing them and myself. I have put @Shona_Ferguson ( FergusonFilms ), my family, and @Mzansimagic in a position I totally regret," he wrote on Twitter.
