Partial facial paralysis sees Justin Bieber cancel concerts
Updated | By Sibahle Motha
Justin Bieber has cancelled a series of shows after a virus left his face partially paralysed.

The Canadian-born singer told his fans on Instagram that he has been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.
“Hey what has been going on. As you can see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and it is from this virus that attacks the nerve in the ear. My facial nerves have caused my face to have paralysis.”
The virus has caused a full paralysis of Bieber’s left side of the face.
Bieber is set to perform in South Africa later in the year.
He is scheduled to perform at the Cape Town Stadium in front of 55 000 people, while in Johannesburg Bieber is expected to fill up FNB Stadium in early October.
