South African rapper iFani has been slammed after he made an inappropriate comment about the Boity and Bujy Bikwa physical altercation that happened last week, which left Boity bleeding and led to Bujy's arrest.

iFani tweeted: "If God gave me a chance To hit Boity. I wouldn't use a bottle." He then put a chilli pepper and peach emoji which represents sex on social media.

Twitter has since banned the Tweet, describing it as a violation of its rules.

Many social media users condemned the rapper for his tweet.

Boity's ex and award-winning rapper, Cassper Nyovest, called iFani "an idiot".

"I've always seen you as an idiot mara nou o fetelletse. O sebono sa motho sani!!! Sies!!!" he wrote.

"You've genuinely always said it best when you've said nothing at all. This is just sad. Respect yourself," he wrote on Twitter.

More about Boity and Bujy Bikwa physical altercation

Boity, real name Boitumelo Tholo, and Bujy were involved in a physical fight last week at the Courtyard Hotel in Midrand.

In an audio clip leaked on social media, the two can be heard throwing insults at each other, before their fight got physical.

Bujy allegedly threw a bottle of alcohol at Boity, which left her with two cuts - on her lower lip and one just below her eye.

Images of her leaving the hotel bleeding were leaked on social media.

She took to social media to announce that she opened a case of assault against Bujy who was arrested on Thursday and spent the night in a prison cell. He was released on Wednesday, with bail set at R2,000. The 'Bakae' hitmaker has also demanded R1-million from Bujy.

In a statement released on social media, Bujy also claimed to have been a victim.

“I was verbally abused… Furthermore, during a verbal confrontation, I was then physically assaulted, being kicked and punched, while being told that (’I’m a man, I’m a man’) I must take it.

“The pain and suffering of having to let a woman abuse me verbally and physically, while trying to contain myself, and holding her hands to stop was not enough, until witnesses managed to defuse the situation,” he said.
