Lizzo plays a runaway bride in '2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)' video

'I'm good with my friends, I don't want a man, girl' - Lizzo is doing some self reflection in her new music video.

Lizzo just dropped the visuals for her new song, '2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)'. The track is the follow-up to her number one hit, 'About Damn Time'.

Both songs feature on Lizzo's new album, 'Special'.

The music video for '2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)' picks up from the visuals for 'Truth Hurtts'. Lizzo, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, plays a bride in both videos.

But this time is appears that Lizzo's spouse is another version of herself. She has a lot of questions as she walks down the aisle.

The 34-year-old sings:

Girl, I'm 'bout to have a panic attack
I did the work, it didn't work
That truth, it hurts, goddamn, it hurts, ah, ah (goddamn, it hurts)
That lovey-dovey s**, was not a fan of it
I'm good with my friends, I don't want a man, girl

Lizzo then tosses her bouquet and rides off into the sunset alone. And in true Lizzo style, her road to self-discovery has a few interesting twists along the way.

The runaway bride meets a hot biker (played by Tyson Beckford), makes out with a tree, and has an epic party in the desert!

Lizzo co-directed the music video with Christian Breslauer.
