Kaylieann Steinbach’s father Austin says she wanted to put her own outfit together for her school picture day.
The huge superhero fan decided she was going to dress up as Supergirl.
She completed her look by taking a big Superman figurine with her.
Kaylieann’s outfit was such a hit it has now made headlines around the world.
Her father says she loves superheroes because they are helpers, something that is very important to the partially-deaf girl.
Kaylieann is 75% deaf in both ears but that has not stopped her from enjoying her childhood.
She has put a smile on thousands of people’s face around the world, especially those in the deaf community, who have hailed her as their little superhero.
