Season two of 'The Kardashians' kicked off with Khloe Kardashian opening up about one of the most difficult moments in her life.

The 38-year-old opened up about the moment she found out that her then-partner, Tristan Thompson, was expecting with another woman.

She learned the news a few days after they did an embryo transfer with their surrogate.

"We did an embryo transfer like days before Thanksgiving, and I found out about Tristan's situation the first week of December. It's just so close. I wouldn't want anyone to think I did this after the fact. Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with somebody else?" Khloe said on the show.

Maralee Nichols gave birth to Tristan's son, Theo, in December last year. A DNA test later confirmed that the basketball player was the father of the child.

It's not the first time Tristan has cheated on Khloe. He cheated on the Good American boss a few days before she welcomed their daughter True in 2018.

Tristan also made headlines in 2019 when he kissed Jordyn Woods - who was Kylie Jenner's best friend at the time.

Speaking on her Hulu show, Khloe - who also shares daughter True with Tristan - revealed that she got through the pregnancy with the help of her family.

And the birth of her son, whose name she did not reveal, was the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

"Ever since December, it's been this dark cloud looming over me. Every single day, I've been feeling depressed and sad, and now that my son is here, I get to move on, and I get to enjoy. It's almost like I get to close that chapter and be done with this trauma and put it behind me," she said in a confessional.

Despite the drama, Khloe is determined to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship with Tristan. Her big sister, Kim Kardashian, asked if Tristan would be in the delivery room.

"For the sake of the baby, I think if it's an option, you did it once, mad at Tristan. You can do it again and have him there, you know? You'll have that story for your child," Kim told her.

Khloe was not 100% sure but in the end decided to make him part of the day. "I've been on the fence about having Tristan come to the hospital or not. But Tristan wants to be here, so I just figured why not? Let him come. I'll never get this moment back," she said.

The star is yet to reveal her son's name.

While many are convinced that the reality star still wants Tristan in her life romantically, Khloe made it clear her main focus going forward is her two children.

"Now I finally get to start the healing process. Now I get to start enjoying my life with two kids in it and figuring this out. This is gonna be day one, and this is gonna be the start of something positive, and happy and beautiful."
