Music fans will do just about anything to get their favourite singer's attention at a concert, but throwing your mother's ashes onto the stage is taking things one step too far.

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, got the surprise of her life when a fan did just that at one of her shows in London.

The 43-year-old was performing her 2002 hit song, 'Just Like A Pill', when someone from the audience threw a clear bag on stage.

P!nk stared at the concertgoer in shock. "Is this your mom? I don't know how I feel about this" she said.

The singer-songwriter then put the bag back on the floor and continued singing.

Fans' weird behaviour at concerts

P!nk wasn't the only one shocked by the incident. Social media users slammed the concertgoer for being disrespectful not only to P!nk but their mother's memory.

"Why are people being weirdos at concerts lately," one Twitter user wrote.

Another user added: "So throwing stuff on stage is the new trend…?"

The bizarre incident comes less than two weeks after Bebe Rexha was injured when a fan threw a phone at her.

The device hit her in the head, leaving her with a bruised eye. She also needed stitches. The man who threw the phone claimed he did it because he thought it would be funny.

In August 2022, a concertgoer threw chicken nuggets at Harry Styles while he was performing. He has also had a tampon and Skittles thrown at him!

Ozzy Osbourne famously bit into a bat's head in 1982 after a fan threw the live animal at him. He did not realise it was real!

“I thought it was a rubber bat. I picked it up, put it in my mouth, crunched down, bit into it, being the clown that I am," he told Rolling Stone magazine.

He had to get several rabies shots after the incident.

“Bats are the biggest carriers of rabies in the world. And I had to go to the hospital afterwards and they started giving me rabies shots. I had one one each rear and I had to have that every night.”
