Beyoncé honours Tina Turner at record-breaking London show
Updated | By Music Reporter
A legend saluting a legend! Tina Turner's legacy lives on through her music and some of her famous fans including Beyoncé.

Beyoncé paid tribute to the late Tina Turner during the London stop of her 'Cowboy Carter Tour'.
'Queen B' donned a t-shirt with the music icon's face while performing her hit single, 'Texas Hold 'Em'.
Turner died in 2023 at the age of 83.
"At her final record-breaking London show on the 'Cowboy Carter Tour', @beyonce pays tribute to Tina Turner wearing a classic Tina t-shirt," the 'Simply the Best' hitmaker's official Instagram page wrote.
"From covering 'Proud Mary' to naming her as a defining influence, Beyoncé has always made it clear how much Tina Turner means to her. A legend saluting a legend."
Social media users say they "literally teared up" when they saw Beyoncé rocking the t-shirt.
"Beyoncé really has carried on Tina’s legacy through her! Much respect. Tina is QUEEN!"
Some fans believe the star's choice of attire was more than just a tribute to the 'Queen of Rock 'n' Roll'.
They are convinced it is a hint that her next album, the third and final project in her trilogy, will be rock' n roll in influence.
Act I of the trilogy, 'Renaissance', was inspired by black dance music, disco and house, while Act II, 'Cowboy Carter', was country-inspired.
"Act III rock album, Tina Turner-inspired incoming 😭💕," one person commented.
A second person added: "I just hope in that rock album she adds a little Michael Jackson & Prince inspo."

Beyoncé broke her own record during her six-night concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Over 275,000 fans packed the stadium during the London stop, and ticket sales grossed a whopping $61 million (R1.1 billion).
It is the stadium's highest gross in history, with the 43-year-old beating the record she set during her 'Renaissance World Tour' in 2023.
The 'Renaissance' tour's European leg grossed over R2.8 billion.
Beyoncé's 'Cowboy Carter Tour' is also set for record-breaking numbers.
"Thank you, London, for creating unforgettable memories for me and my family. Holla at ‘ya when I come on tour again!" she said.
