Cassper Nyovest denies being the brand ambassador for Billiato: "I am the owner"

Cassper Nyovest has disputed claims that he does not own the Billiato brand!

Cassper Nyovest has denied claims made by controversial celebrity commentator Musa Khawula that he does not own the alcohol beverage brand, Billiato. 

“Billiato is an alcoholic brand paraded by Cassper Nyovest as his own,” Musa tweeted. 

Nyovest has set the record straight. He responded to the tweet that he is not only the founder, but he is the owner of the brand.

"I am the majority shareholder of Billiato. Not only am I an owner but I'm the founder, the CEO and Marketing director!!! I own my products.

"I'm not a brand ambassador or an influencer," he wrote. 

The 'Mama I Made It' hitmaker also thanked his followers for the support he has been receiving. 

"The support from the people has been sooo amazing. Please do keep supporting us. Thank you," he wrote.

Billiato was launched in 2021. 

Two weeks after it was launched, Cassper took to Twitter to share that the bottles he had were sold out. They were all bought by Andile Mpisane, the son of businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize.
