Superfine! Stars shine at the 2025 Met Gala
Rihanna, Tyla, Zendaya, Sabrina Carpenter, Priyanka Chopra, and more brought their A-game to the Met Gala red carpet.
The biggest names in fashion, entertainment and sport gathered at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on Monday night for the 2025 Met Gala.
This year's event theme was 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style', which celebrates black designers.
Naturally, suits took centre stage on the red carpet, with both men and women putting stylish twists on the traditional look.
Demi Moore's dress looked like a tie from head to toe, while Zoe Saldaña's Thom Browne suit dress featured a sculpted corset.
South Africa's golden girl, Tyla, attended the Met Gala for a second year. The 23-year-old wore a custom Jacquemus dress with a long train.
According to stylist Law Roach, Vogue's late editor-at-large André Leon Talley inspired the 'Water' hitmaker's off-the-shoulder dress.
The sought-after stylist also dressed actress Zendaya, who stole the show in an all-white Louis Vuitton suit and secured her place on the best-dressed list.
Some of the other standout looks included Diana Ross (Ugo Mozie), Doechii (Louis Vuitton), Jennie (Chanel), Gigi Hadid (Miu Miu), and Sofia Richie Grainge (Tommy Hilfiger).
However, all eyes were on singer Rihanna at the gala, not just because she arrived fashionably late.
The Fenty boss debuted her baby bump on the red carpet. She is expecting her third child with rapper A$AP Rocky.
