Lectures resume peacefully at KZN campuses
Updated | By Latashia Naidoo
Calm has returned to most university campuses across the province.

However, there's still a strong police presence at the UKZN Westville campus - following unrest and several arrests there, yesterday.
Nine students were arrested at the Oval residence. However, police say seven of the nine students arrested there yesterday, were not UKZN students.

University management issued a statement yesterday, requesting for students to abstain from protest action at any of the institution's five campuses.

At the Durban University of Technology, lectures are commencing.
Similarly at UniZulu, lectures remain uninterrupted by protests.
