We're ready! Tyla teases new music

Tyla is gearing up for the release of a hot new song, just in time for December's get-up and dance party season.  

She took to social media on Monday to tease her upcoming single. 

"Pre-save live December 1rst," the 21-year-old captioned the video. She can be heard singing faintly in the background. 

"Already sound like a hit," one of her fans wrote. 

Tyla did not share any other details about the track, but her fans are already excited about it. Some are speculating that the song could feature some big names.

"I heard you've featured Beyoncé... is it true?" one X (Twitter) user asked.

Another user commented: "Okay queen. When will you be featuring Rema?"

Tyla's fans are eager to see what she will produce next. Her global hit, 'Water', has catapulted her into the spotlight with big names lining up to work with her. 

The song, which was released in July, is up for an award at the 2024 Grammys. It continues to climb up the charts around the world. It moved up three spots on the Billboard Hot 100 and is currently at #15.

'Water' has also been certified silver in the UK.

Tyla recently released two remixes for the song - one features US rapper Travis Scott. 

DJ and producer Marshmello, who has collaborated with Selena Gomez and Khalid, appears on the second remix.

Tyla has dropped a few other collaborations in 2023. She appeared on Summer Walker's 'Girls Need Love (Girls Remix). 

The 'Getting Late' hitmaker also teamed up with Ayra Starr on 'Girl Next Door'. 

There is also speculation that she could work with Chris Brown. Tyla was his opening act during his European tour earlier this year.

Feature or no feature, Tyla has already proven that she can hold her own as an international artist. 

The sky's the limit for this Gauteng singer, and her fans can't wait to see what she does next.
