Travis Scott's new album, 'Utopia', has debuted at number in America. The 'Sicko Mode' rapper released his fourth studio album on July 28 - and it is already breaking records!

It debuted at the top of Billboard's Hot 200 Albums Chart ahead of Post Malone's new album, 'Austin'.

'Utopia' sold the equivalent of 496,000 sales in one week - the biggest week for a hip-hop album so far in 2023 and the third-highest opening week of the year.

Songs from the 19-track album are also climbing up the singles chart. 'Meltdown' featuring Drake debuted at #3 on the Hot 100 Singles Chart.

All 19 tracks on the album are currently charting. 'FE!N' featuring Playboi Carti is currently at number four, while 'I Know', 'Hyaena', 'Thank God', 'Topia Twins', 'K-Pop', and 'My Eyes' make an appearance in the top 10.

'Utopia' also broke the record for the most vinyl sales in a week for a rap album.

'Utopia' is the rapper's first album release since the 2021 Astroworld Music Festival tragedy. Eight people died on the first night of the concert after a fatal crowd crush.

Two more people later died in the hospital. Their deaths were ruled an accident and Travis did not face any criminal charges over the incident.

'Utopia' is also his first album in five years. He released his third studio album, 'Astroworld', in 2018.

Stormi Webster, the daughter Travis shares with Kylie Jenner, makes a surprise appearance on his latest album.

Her vocals feature on 'Thank God'.

“That’s right, Daddy," the five-year-old says after he raps about her being a minor but living major.

Beyoncé, Pharrell Williams, John Mayer, The Weeknd, 21 Savage,  Kanye West, and more also feature on 'Utopia'.

Travis brought Kanye out on stage during his album-release concert at Circus Maximus in Rome. More than 60,000 people attended the show.

Kanye, who now goes by Ye, has been keeping a low profile since he made headlines in 2022 for antisemitic remarks.

"There is no ‘Utopia’ without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West," Travis said while introducing Kanye to the stage.
