Mariah Carey’s ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ breaks another record

The song was released in 1994, but to this day it keeps breaking records and topping different charts all over the world.

Mariah Carey's classic hit, 'All I Want For Christmas Is You', keeps breaking records. 

According to Billboard.com, it is the longest holiday No. 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Between 18 December to 24 December, it was the most popular song on the Billboard Top 100 songs, with over 49-million streams. 

It also broke Spotify records for this year by becoming the most streamed song on Christmas day, with over 17-million streams.

Not only that, but the song also topped the Billboard Global 200 charts. 

Carey took to Instagram to thank her fans for the support. 

"Grateful. Never taking this for granted. Appreciate you so much and praying for a healthy and blessed 2021 for us all," she wrote.
