Machine Gun Kelly opens up about Megan Fox's miscarriage

The singer opened up about the miscarriage his fiancée suffered in his latest release, 'Don't Let Me Go'.

One of the most painful things a couple can face is losing their child to miscarriage. 

Over the years, several celebrities have shared their experiences of dealing with the losses of their pregnancies.

The moat recent celebrity is Machine Gun Kelly, who is engaged to Megan Fox. The two lost their baby in 2023. 

In his latest release, the singer opened up about dealing with the loss. 

"How can I live with the fact that my hand wasn't on her stomach when we lost the baby?" MGK raps. 

"I don't got no one to turn to because everyone's dead in my life that was tryna raise me," he says in the next line.

His fiancée Megan has also opened up about the sad moment. 

"I’ve never been through anything like that in my life," she told Good Morning America in November.  

The mother of three says the miscarriage affected their relationship. 

"I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” she shared.

MGK released 'Don't Let Me Go' on February 21.
