Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga's song reaches new milestone

Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga's hit song, 'Die with a Smile', has achieved a significant milestone.

The track's music video, which premiered in August last year, has reached one billion views on YouTube.

'Die with a Smile' is Mars' tenth music video to achieve the milestone.

'24K Magic', 'Grenade', 'When I Was Your Man' and 'Uptown Funk' have also surpassed one billion views.

'Die with a Smile' is featured in Gaga's latest album, 'Mayhem'. It reached #1 in America earlier this year and remains in the top 10.

The song earned the singers a 'Best Pop Duo/Group Performance' trophy at the 2025 Grammys.

Mars said he was honoured to work with Gaga during his acceptance speech.

"I am so honoured to have a small part in your giant musical legacy, and I really truly believe that God gave us this song to sing together. Thank you so much," he said.

Lady Gaga described Mars as an "incredible human being" and a "musician for the ages. She also used her speech to highlight transgender rights.

"It's such an honour to sing for all of you. I just want to say tonight that trans people are not invisible. Trans people deserve love. The queer community deserves to be lifted up. Music is love. Thank you," she said.

'Die with a Smile' is currently at #17 on the ECR TOP 40 with Styles (Brought to you by CTM).
