Other songs include - 'That’s Hilarious', 'Smells Like Me', and 'Charlie Be Quiet!'.

Speaking about why he named the album after himself, Charlie told Billboard: “Maybe a bit of a cliché statement for an artist to sit on this white couch and be like, ‘Oh, this is my most personal work', but it is for me because I’ve never had an entire body of work that was my personality with some melody attached to it. I mean, the album cover speaks for itself too, all of those little thoughts coming out of my head and notes.”

GQ magazine describes the offering as "a breakup album".

The singer told the magazine that the music in the album is what helped him heal when he was going through a tough time.

“When people listen to this album, I want them to know that you, yourself, can be responsible for the healing,” he told the publication.

“You can go to therapy and you can surround yourself with friends who will gas you up and make you feel better. But I think that is temporary feel-goodness. You yourself can make yourself feel better. Because I was going through such a tough time for two years, and this music is, uh, the thing that healed me. And I was the one who made it. I made my own Band-Aid. And I just want people to know that they're capable of so much,” he said.

The album has been receiving good reviews on social media following its release.
