Keri's top three Wellness Wednesday hacks of 2017

Of all the hacks, tips, and tricks that Keri has given, there have been three which people can't seem to stop ranting and raving about.

You may know me as Keri Miller, the presenter on East Coast Breakfast, but most of my friends and family know me as Keri Miller - the queen of life hacks.

I decided to come up with the feature to show East Coasters that there is always a simpler and easier way to do things. Being an adult and living the adult life does not need to be complicated, for there is always a hack which will help you (I should trademark that). 

Of all the Wellness Wednesdays that have been done over the year, I decided to put together my top three hacks in case you may have missed them during the course of the year. Watch and enjoy.

The chip bowl hack

Aah, how could anyone forget about this one? It's the perfect hack to use - especially during the festive season. If you're hosting a party and want to save time on washing a bowl to store those chips in, then this one is definitely for you. Turn your ordinary chip packet into a creative bowl for your party guests or your friends just by following this step-by-step video.

Shaving using conditioner 

Picture this - you're about to get ready for a get together with your friends and you want to slip into a dress to show off your legs. But there's no shaving cream! SHOCK! HORROR! Don't despair, grab your favourite conditionerand rub that bad boy on your legs. All you need to do is apply a small amount over your legs in the area you're going to shave then run your razor through. Not only will your legs be smooth but will also be moisturised and protected from the summer heat which dries our skin out.

Hair care tips from the professional 

Okay, so I strive to always give you the best hacks and tips, but sometimes I need to call in the professionals to share some of their hacks. Back in September, the well-loved hair guru Gerald Wells joined us in studio to share some of his hair care tips which you simply cannot live without. If you're an on-the-go mom or a career-driven individual who doesn't have time to go to a salon, these hair-care hacks are a must and they can be done from the comfort of your home.
