Pending lawsuit as investigator probes source of Tiger Brands products
Updated | By Lethiwe Mdluli
A forensic investigator says he will be looking at where Tiger Brands has been getting its food products from.

"We started investigating the possibility that corruption has been taking place in some South American countries which has led to bribes being paid and overlooked the fact that some of the food products being shipped out of South America are contaminated," Paul O' Sullivan said.
O' Sullivan plans to lay murder and attempted murder charges against the company after its Enterprise polony factory in Polokwane was identified as the source of the country's listeriosis outbreak.
180 people lost their lives.
O' Sullivan says they will be working with Richard Spoor Attorneys which announced a class action lawsuit on behalf of affected families.
"If we find that's the case - we will be passing that information to Richard Spoor with the suggestion that the government of developing countries are included in the litigation," he said.
