Siba Mtongana has shared her amazing edible roses recipe.
In the video posted on Instagram, she shows a step-by-step guide to making the roses.
She starts by taking a strawberry and placing it on a wooden skewer. She then takes a knife and makes a small diagonal slit at the base of the strawberry and then continues to make slits around the bottom of the strawberry.
She repeats the process of cutting slits around the outside of the strawberry in layers from the bottom to the top, decreasing the number of slits per row until she is left with only the pointed tip of the strawberry and the cut pieces resemble petals.
