Recipe: Super easy pure rye bread

Here is how you can make 100% rye bread that is packed with
nutrients.

Rye bread is one of the healthiest breads.
It has less gluten than all-purpose or whole wheat flour. It is also packed with magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and antioxidants.
Another major health benefit of rye bread is that it is naturally high in fiber.
Let us look at how to make this super healthy bread.
Ingredients
4 ½ cups rye flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
600ml warm water
130g ripe sourdough starter

Method
Mix flour and salt.
Pour warm water into the flour and salt mixture.
Add the sourdough starter.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Leave to ferment in a warm environment for about five hours.
Mix the dough after it has risen.
Place in greased pan and allow to rise for two hours.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 Degrees Celsius.
