It has all the yummy fruits and there is also a little twist - adding the cinnamon spice to give it a kick! 

This smoothie can be enjoyed with your little ones because it is sweet. 

It can also be used as a meal replacement, especially because you get to add oatmeal.

Ingredients: 

- Apple

- Plum

- Grapes

- Pineapple

- Granadilla yoghurt

- Almond milk

- Oatmeal

- Fresh lemon juice

- Honey

- Pinch of cinnamon.

Method:

Mix everything in a blender for 30 seconds to a minute. 

Enjoy.
