Ingredients:
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Celery/ cilantro
- Cucumber
- Fresh lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Method:
- Mix chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, diced avocado, and chopped celery into a large salad bowl.
- Drizzle with two tablespoon olive oil.
- Drizzle with two tablespoon lemon juice.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
